This course is for people who have either completed my Beginners Pilates course or who have a high level of experience with classical or Stott Pilates techniques.
There are 6 classes altogether and I recommend you don't move on to the next class until you feel you have mastered the one you are working on. If you are finding the exercises a bit too tough for yourself then I recommend you step back to the beginners' course.

PS. I know that you might not want to consider yourself a beginner if you have been doing Pilates for a while, but I often have people in my live classes who have been doing Pilates for a while but have not been taught the basic principles and so aren't getting the full benefit of all the work they are putting in.
That's why I have made sure the 'Complete Pilates' course is priced the way it is so that you can get both courses for a small increase.
