Further, that you will immediately stop all activity should your health or vulnerability to injury change.  You will at all times be responsible for your own state of health, physical condition and well-being.

You are confirming that whilst using any Vivo Classes/Videos at any time now or in the future that you are not pregnant, or within the first 3 months after giving birth - please consult your health professionals for advice regarding exercise during and post pregnancy.
